I am very happy with my purchase. It's actually a very well made piece. The stitching and edges of the bear charm is pretty solid. I like that it has the burnt edges finish like the legit LV leather bags -- I think that's what it is called. Anyway. I'm honestly debating ordering the white one too.It's super cute. Would make a great present or stocking stuffing. Shipping took a while but that probably has more to do with my location and bureaucratic processes that takes place. Other wise, I'm a happy buyer!

I'm not sure if this was my fault in assuming "lv" would be on the black strap like it is showing on the photos of the brown strap that buyers uploaded. Also the seller photos have symbols on the black strap making u think it is covering the part that's says "lv" so i had assumed lv was on the black strap but it isnt and I just noticed a photo of the black strap that is posted also shows no lv so suppose this is my fault. giving 4 stars instead of 3 since the item is in new condition but I paid too much and it took too long to receive. its just a couple flower symbols and thats it. I paid too much for just a generic flower keychain.

this product looks good but the website is getting worse and worse. now it's a lottery to buy a product and get it good for you. the website has stopped returning money in case the product you received is damaged, corrupted, or anything else and to get your money back you have to return the product which of course will cost you more than the value of the product. therefore, find another website for your purchases, because the likely thing here is that you simply lose your money. there's no contact email or phone, there's no person to talk to.

*real person and real review* I wasn’t expecting much for the price, and I took a chance with the reviews and i am SHOCKED on what I received! amazing quality and feels like the real one. everything down to the detail to the chain is identical and I’m obsessed! It did take about a month to receive, but completely worth the wait!
