the item arrived, super pretty and perfect. but service was not great - as i ordered wrong size (40cm instead of 60cm) and asked to change it please, but they responded to cancel and to make new order. i asked i can paypal the extra few pounds. so this was unhelpful. plus they did not await to problem solve and they sent the item next day even i asked to await. so luckily this still was ok sizing, - just ok.
