i never received this 7 piece order to my address. i filed a number of dispute claims but they asked for proof of delivery which is impossible for my post office to give me becasue i never received this item. for whatever reason it got lost in transit and never made it to my address. the horrible thing is that all my requests to fix this matter got ignored. i was not even requesting a refund. all i wanted was for this store to send me my 7 piece set a second time since the first one never arrived. it is horrible that this store is not sending me my 7 piece set but they charged me for it. i am so frustrated and angry over such poor customer service.

the toy itself is good, not great, super small highly detailed but some pieces are very tight, the transformation is very complicated and you fear all the time you might break it. one big minus are the instructions, does not have any, instead it comes with a qr code for a super low resolution video on you tube on how to transform it from robot to vehicle, but not the other way around.overall it has amazing detail for a figure this size, and it is amazing that a figure so small, transforms.

pretty good for a bootleg, it almost looks like the real thing. a few paint marks out of place but i don’t mind as long as it’s not too big of a mistake. shipping was pretty fast. although, i wish this came with an instruction manual to put this together 😅 i had to look at a picture of the listing to figure it out. pieces are sort of sturdy once you put it together, just don’t bump it too much. the biggest issue i have with this figure is that when you’re looking at it from above as you usually do for figures unless they’re on a high shelf, is it looks like she’s looking downwards. i’d like the head to be adjustable so i can tilt it a bit upwards. the foot also doesn’t fit into the stand all the way, there’s a bit of excess on the foot that goes into the hole so the heel ends up not fitting in the other hole. if you try to fit the heel into its hole, the figure falls out of the stand.
