wonderful pillow i slept on it last night. had a great sleep.i brought many pillows over the years expensive ones and none of them are as good as this one .its not to high and soft but firm and that's what i was looking for.i suffer with neck and shoulder pains and dont like my pillow to high.most of my pillows are to high and it crooks my neck.and a lot of them feel soft to touch but to hard to lay on.this pillow was perfect for me .very pleased .may have to order another one for the future .would recommend if you dont like high pillows

the inner pillow was broken in two. i asked for a dispute, or even to replace it. as i like the pillow, but not the malfunction. untop of what i paid, they asked to pay vat for a new pillow. the price was too high, and communication was too slow. so i continued with my dispute and received half of what i paid!! which it totally not fair, how can someone decide. to pay half of a full amount. without reimbursement.
