Q:Whether to bring a shoe box

A:By default, we do not send shoe boxes. If you need a shoe box, please contact us and we will tell you how to get a shoe box. The role of the shoe box is to protect the shoes. The shoe box will be squeezed during transportation. We cannot guarantee that the shoe box will remain in good condition when delivered

Q: Custom Duty

A: We are not sure whether you need to pay the custom duty or not because of the different policies in different countries.So you may need pay the custom duty when you receive the parcel, pls understand.

Q: The declare value & name of package

A: Normally we will declare $10~$20(The lowest declare value is $10), marked as phone. We will declare real value for orders(total amount including freight)from Belarus, lsraer, Chile, Portugal, South Korea and Greece.

Q: About DHL Remote area ( need to pay extra cost or change to other shipping methods)

A: We will be able to deliver the products to you wherever you are.But DHL might apply a "remote area charge" in some cases if you choose DHL as your shipping method. This is very rare but will happen when your delivery address is too far from the main logistics centers.

If your address belongs to remote area:

1. You can Change your address to non-remote region.

2. Or get DHL office address, then you can pick up it from the office by yourselves.

3. Or pay remote cost to us, we'll help you pay for it to DHL, so DHL will arrange the special delivery.

4. However, if you do not want to pay any additional fees, we would suggest that you ship your order with airmail Shipping.

Q: Return Policy

A: If you want to exchange the items received, you must contact us within 3 days of the receipt of your order. And you should pay the additional shipping fees incurred and the items returned should be kept in their original status.
