If you want to exchange the items received, you must contact us within 3 days of the receipt of your order. And you should pay the additional shipping fees incurred and the items returned should be kept in their original status.

2. After place order. We will ship your order our within 4 days. Then we will fill in the valid tracking number in your order for your tracking. The tracking number usually take about 1-2 days update on the Internet. So please be patience in these days. If the number did not update for many days. Please contact us and we will call the EMS/DHL office for checking and then tell you the truth.
3. When the package reach your country customs. You may need to cooperate with your customs to make clearance but it is not always happen. So if you asked to do that. Please be cooperated. Thank you.
4. When you receive the package. Please check the package carefully. If you find the goods is damaged. Please take photos of the goods and shipping invoice and then contact us. We will check it and then give you a satisfactory solution.
5. We offer 1-year warranty, If the goods has any problem during use. Please also contact us and we will help you to resolve it.
