Q : CAN I mix colors?
A : Yes, we accept mixed colors. But please leave message about the specific color you need. Sometimes if the color temporarily out of stock ,we may contact you to change other colors.
Q : My tracking number is not working, what should I do?
A : Once package has left from our warehouse, it will take 1-3 business days to pocess in the Post system. Please wait a little more time and try it again later. Meanwhile, our customer service will keep tracking the status of the parcel for you until you receive it!
Q : About the invoice and tax?
